Okstate PRSSA worked wtih the local domestic violence shelter, Wings of Hope, to design a campaign to collect supplies for the shelter clients.
To support the donation collection campaign, PRSSA members tabled to raise awareness of the need for supplies, created and distributed flyers, shared messages on social media and strategically placed donation boxs.
WINGS OF HOPE
As a result of the campaign, PRSSA helped collect over 50 supply kits for the Wings of Hope shelter.
The campaign created the message "Don't just let domestic violence fly" to clearly communicate that the campaign benefited domestic violence prevention and tie in the Wings of Hope symbol: the butterfly.
